US DOT's Entrepreneurial Training Women and Girls Internship Program

The U.S. Department of Transportation has recently expanded the Women's Internship program to encourage young women to pursue careers in transportation.  The expansion will make Small Business Transporation Resource Centers to place qualified female college students in transportation-related intersnhips throughout their regions.

Applicants must be current female college students. Applicants will be selected based on a four part process:

* GPA - 2.8 or higher to qualify
* Letter of interest from the student
* Letter of Recommendation
* Interview
